There are hundreds of granted planning applications currently about to run out of time. As someone who has first hand knowledge of the costs involved I am well aware of money being the greatest issue in getting started and getting the project moving.
That’s why I am putting together a self build package , with the aim of getting peoples dream homes out of the ground and into a weather tight structure. This allow people to satisfy planning obligations no 1 and give them control of the project at a manageable junction
Our package will include Groundworks, Structural walls , windows and doors , rendering outside and roof finished. A complete shell.
